If i could give -2 stars i totally would. These clowns at this clinic are just that. The primary i have here is just not good and she only cares about her own agenda, Not a plan with patient and doctor. She doesn't care about what works or why the other had the plan that they came up with at the other VA that i had in another state. Then the other thing, these clowns love to push classes for sleep even though i told them that i have already done that many times. They claim there is evidence behind it. Yeah there was evidence supposedly behind wearing a mask for covid too and i still got it. Do not go here for your care. Honestly if you are able to afford private insurance, get it and go somewhere else. I wish i could.

This office is very inefficient. The nurse practitioner doesn't keep the other nurses updated with the plan, and then the nurses don't apprise the admin of scheduling plans, etc. The staff here are very cold towards their patients as well. You can have a sunny disposition and be polite and they're still very rude. They don't follow up efficiently either. Good luck trying to ask questions while on the phone too. The nurse will rush off the line before you get a chance to ask anything related to your health. I'm just disgusted with the care here. Feels like I'm still in the military.

I've had 2 new doctors in the last year but have not seen either one. All of the doctors are leaving for some reason. Today I saw my new doctor and she seems to be really nice. These folks seem to be doing a great job considering what they have to work with these days. I had a good appointment today...

Have tried to call eye clinic for weeks, when the call center finally picks up the phone they hang up! When I finally get someone that cares they take my name and number and say the eye clinic doesn’t take incoming calls and they will pass a message for them to contact me in 48hrs! No contact in five days!! Try to call the clinic again and get the same treatment from the call center of hanging up! VA Jax admin should be looking at this!

If you have ANY OPTION AT ALL to use a different clinic I HIGHLY advise it. I have used several clinics across the country and this one is BY FAR the worst one. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you have any option to use Brunswick Saint Augustine, hell even Gainesville do it do not enroll in this clinic whatsoever. You will be sadly disappointed in any care you may, or most likely may not receive.

Typical VA health care. They assigned me to a primary care, Dr. Child’s, who I met with and was amazing!! Three days after meeting with her they called me and said they needed to switch my provider. Gave me ZERO reason why. They switch me to Dr. Burns who I have YET to meet with. They have scheduled me for appointments multiple times to which they have canceled every single one because of incompetent schedulers. I still have YET to meet with my new primary care. I also have no ext. to contact them and schedule an appointment. TYPICAL VA health care.

So apparently you have to bring a mask when you go see the mental health clinic on University Blvd. Not sure what pocket of money that lady thinks it's from, but my life and many others have been effected in many different ways for this woman to tell me to bring my own mask tomorrow for my appointment. I told her I'm not buying masks for a VA appointment. My taxes and many others have paid for the mask over and over again. Besides they already know they don't work.

Horrible they will call you and not leave a voicemail message. Twice now this has happened I called right back and the operator tells me “ sorry they didn’t leave any notes in your records” but if I miss an appointment or have to make a new one, I can’t cause these doctors don’t care. How bout if someone misses a call leave a VOICEMAIL , AN STATE THE BUSINESS OF THE CALL.
