Haven t been there for a few years, but the nurse I talked to on Thursday 20/03/25 in the morning, of course no name , no introduction. Was unpleasant, unprofessionnal and dismissive, no social skills whatsoever ( "don t waste my time, go to your GP", i could not believe that person is a nurse)I used to have a higher view of this clinic and great experiencewith all the staff..it used to be so good. I ll never go back.

Open for business, on Friday or so they say, so I rock up in person and they tell me I gotta return next week. Any publicly funded sexual health clinic that knocks back people with the volition to be tested, is a failing one. Just go to your GP or pay out your own pocket as it will be worth it for the stress you will save in trying to save a few pennies.

They call it a wellness industry but NSW Health peddles in sickness and here’s a clue that it does. Good for the pharmaceutical companies for folk to be spreading round their diseases. and if you don’t think there’s a link between big Pharma and politicians then you had your head up your arse during the pandemic.

No one looks forward to a sexual health check up and even though I’ve moved out of the area I still come back here. The staff are nothing short of amazing. Kind. Caring and always respectful. No judgement and no shame. Can not recommend their amazing service highly enough.

Just perfect. The place as well as the whole staff is Very welcoming and respectful. Fast appointement. On time. Wonderful place with doctors who listen, ask for your consent and provide good healthcare while making you comfortable. They also gave the for free the medicine I needed. Greatest experience. Loved the big LGBTQ flag at the entrance.
