I changed the provider for my elderly mother last October and have been very pleased with Right at Home since. The case manager is excellent in organizing home care schedules and outings to appointments etc also notifying of any new updates. The carers are very attentive to my mother and take time with her.

It was such a great help! I was recommended by a friend to RAH Sydney Five Dock. I need some help with post-surgery. The coordinator was so nice, and their carer was so professional and understood what I needed to be supported. I feel respected and comfortable with the support service. I had recommended their service to support my grandparent's daily activities as well.

WARNING :For your loved ones do not use them , incompetent , have no idea about procedures
My dad took a fall while carer was there I have an idea what happen unable to proove it.. I went to dads place few hours after she left found dad in his armchair with TV off (unusual) sleeping with a cap on ( unusual)..
I said what’s going on, I walked around house saw blood on his bedroon wall , I than took his cap off blood back of his head unbelievable
I said Dad why didn’t Thao call ambulance
Claims asked dad if wants to go to hospital really a fragile old man with Parkinson that can hardly move , Untrue says he has already fallen ( impossible as he would not able to get up and answer the door to let her in he struggles to get up form a chair)
Took him to emergency thank god I did ..he had a brain bleed due to head strike , if the bleed didn’t stop surgery most likely have died..
Spend 10 days in hospital than respite and now permanent , he chose not going back home after this disturbing incident
Putting this review not just for my Dad, for all and next generation
No empathy nothing , try to call do.not return calls have taken no responsibility all about money.
