I’ve been treated by Dr Randa Selim at the Holy Family Medical Centre for many years now. This is a very popular practice with a warm and caring ambience. The Centre is a good source of community medical information. The support staff get to know and engage with the patients and are never too busy to be helpful and pleasant. From the moment you enter the Centre you realise that patients are valued as the clinic is designed for their comfort. It makes waiting a time to reflect and relax. Children have a very large space to play in with plenty of toys and books. I’ve rarely ever had problems with long wait times and have the confidence to know that if I have an urgent issue support staff and Dr Selim will do everything to fit me in for the first available appointment or, in some instances, Telehealth. Medical follow-ups are done in an efficient and timely way and if there are any issues of particular concern support staff contact patients to make an early appointment. Over the years I’ve also appreciated that Dr Selim's knowledge about women’s health is very extensive. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Selim and Dr Joseph have been our family doctors since they first opened the Holy Family Medical Centre in Dulwich Hill. Dr Selim has always been knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind and empathetic towards me and my family. She even takes the time to touch base after my hospital visits. My husband, sons and I also hold Dr Joseph in high regard. The staff are absolutely wonderful as they are always efficient and they make us feel welcomed with their warmth. I truly believe that word "Holy" in the name of their medical centre, is befitting of their attitude, morals and the way they operate.

The Holy Family Medical centre has always been my go to since I came to Australia almost 20 years ago. Doctor Selim is a fantastic, professional and caring doctor. All the staff (Sandra, Toulay and Sarah) are always friendly and go that extra mile to be helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr Selim and this practice. The reception staff are a delight and very helpful. Wait times can vary but I feel this is not a rush you out the door medical centre so some patients may take longer.

I have been a patient here for many years. The reception staff are kind and welcoming. Dr Selim is a kind lady doctor, knowledgeable and thorough, always referring to specialists when needed and recommending tests to keep track of my health. Medicare rebates are processed on the spot. This is a busy practice: be prepared to wait.
