Having been to many psychologists over the years, Mel is the only one I recommend. Seriously, don’t bother going to anyone else. She’s an 11/10 therapist who was instrumental in my recovery and remission, I attribute my now wonderful quality of life to her and the mental health spot team. Eternally grateful and I don’t think I ever properly expressed it, thank you so so much. 💕

Mel, as psychologist, was comprehensive and thorough in her reports and has keen observation skills. She is highly intelligent and she talks a lot, so I learned so much from her even in just a few sessions. My GP was even impressed of how detailed her report was. I would've continued seeing her, if not because of the receptionist, who was quite dismissive, sarcastic, somewhat condescending and not accommodating -- which is not helpful at all for clients who are already suffering mentally. It's hard to contact them directly by phone, as they're only available within certain hours, so you have to leave voicemails, which don't get responded to till a couple of days after. I didn't find them very flexible in scheduling especially among shift workers too. I was initially keen, but now ultimately disappointed. Thank you anyway.
