I had an appointment, yet we still had to wait over an hour at the clinic. What’s the point of making a booking then? Today, I brought my child in for a blood test, and they told us they had lost the referral. They asked us to go back to the pediatrician to get another one — even though it wasn’t our fault, they lost it!!! The pediatric clinic isn’t even nearby, and now we have to take an extra day off just to fix their mistake. This is truly terrible service.

I was waiting for a blood test after fasting for a long time and all of a sudden felt faint. I went up to the receptionist to ask for help, instead of getting off her chair to lead me to a bed. She asked me to go and knock and ask the pathology lady to help me.

Not a patient of this practice. Had an experience involving them today which I felt moved to provide feedback on. When I tried to provide that feedback directly via the MyHealth website, it only goes to a Survey Monkey link which achieves nothing.

I was at the shopping centre today and came across an elderly lady who collapsed, so as someone with relevant training and experience, I stopped to assist. This occurred less than 50m from the front door of the practice. Other bystanders entered the clinic to request assistance. This was denied - they were told the patient had to be brought to them or an ambulance should be called instead (this had already been done). No assistance of any kind was forthcoming, and the patient was in no state to be able to walk inside their door. In the end I requested the centre security guard to return there and request they at least provide a blood sugar monitor for a simple and basic assessment to help this lady. Even that was apparently done begrudgingly.

I am not aware if any of the actual medical practitioners there were made aware of the situation, or if these were the actions and decisions solely of reception staff. Either way, it reflects poorly on the individuals concerned, the practice itself and the profession in general. Simple and basic assistance that is well within the realms of your skill set and availability to provide is not an unreasonable expectation.

My Name is WEIQIANG HE, I met DR Liang first time to do my health check on 05 Nov 2022. She gave me the impression was a high professional GP, and she is trying to fully understand patient’s history and background – key to discovering any hiding disease.
And the CT scan discovered I have lung nodule in June 2023, then She referred me to a Top specialist DR Philip Lee who suggested me in Jan 2024 to Biopsy by his professional when I had hesitated to do it. Finally, I did the Biopsy in July 2024, result as early – stage lung cancer. My operation was done on 16 Sept 2024 by Prof Dr Chritopher Cao, my recovery was quickly and more than I expected, and I discharged from Hospital on 19 Sept 2024.
Here, thank you very much again to DR Suzan Liang – let me discovered my lung cancer as early as possible.

I was able to grab a cancellation appointment on the day of my acute issue. The practice is entirely bulk-billing for usual consults and this is excellent and increasingly rare.

The GP was thorough in their investigations. The clinic was clean and tidy. The location is convenient. The staff were welcoming and professional.

I felt very safe attending this practice. Thank you.

Worst clinic I won’t recommend anyone. For a blood test they made us wait more than 2 hrs. It’s ok if there are more patients, but though the crowd was less., the lady here take more than 15 mins to attend one patient and she randomly goes on a break and does not turn up for a long time.

Booked online for an appointment without specifying a doctor but had to wait 30mins + on top of that walk-ins getting seen before me. What is the point of an appointment if others can just be seen before you and the actual appointment running late. Also the receptionist not giving a proper explanation just saying the other doctor’s slot opened up.

Highly recommend Dr Chan - I have worked with a lot of doctors in my professional career and feel that Dr Chan is incredibly professional, provides excellent explanations, never dismissive rather listens carefully to your concerns no matter how big or small and professionally and compassionately navigates a treatment plan.

I have noted reviews re the clinic not keeping to time - I have not had this experience with Dr Chan as I can see she has great time management. On one occasion Dr Chan asked me to raise a concern at a different time, this is out of respect for other clients waiting for their consult and also would ensure a thorough consultation.

The reception staff are also very polite and pleasant - thank you to them especially during a tricky time working in the health sector.
