KNC provided a home care package for my mother while she was still living independently. I found the service to be very professional at all times - including the sourcing of carer staff, particularly when there were staff shortages. Sam, the case manager for mum, was always compassionate (and patient) with changes in Mum's situation and shared a lot of practical care options. When originally evaluating home care packages, the CEO spent considerable time on the phone helping me understand the broader system, not just focussed on KNC's services. I would not hesitate in recommending KNC to provide services to the vulnerable members of our community based on the experience that my mum and I had with them.

Not the same as it used to be. No Neighbourhoody vibes. Cold calculated greeting and all the volunteers that were there pre-covid have gone.
Not a friendly environment. Very business like now. The warmth has dissipated.
Saddened…. Because it was a great place

Did work for KNC I rushed out to maintain one the property
Sent 3 invoices to then and on there payment date they only paid 2 of 3 invoices
I told them about it and they said they would pay it on Monday and I sent a invoice didn’t pay the late fee extremely rude while on the phone to them. Very unprofessional!
