If you're after a medical practitioner who values your time and wellbeing, then I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. In my far too long experience (family doctor so I never looked elsewhere), they answer the phone maybe 30% of the time, fail to note down bookings (or just don't care, I don't know which) and doctors can be critical and inconsiderate. Most recent experience kept me waiting 2 hours on a weekend for my booked appointment in an empty waiting room, save one other person who came in an hour in. Doctor finally comes out, revealing that she wasn't actually seeing anyone the entire time, and let's the other party inside without acknowledging me at all. I understand it can get busy and stressful, but the utter disregard this place has for people in general, even just the general courtesy needed to let someone know there's a wait or answer the phone when you call to check, is a big reason why I'm finally opting out. Save your time and tears of frustration and find a doctor elsewhere. You would genuinely have better luck in the emergency room.

Dr Konduru has been our family doctor for over 20 +yrs now (in fact I always say she saved my life with her quick response to my diagnosis ). She is very caring and compassionate Dr and yes you do wait but she always gives you your time never rushed.
Can I just add that Lisa has never been rude in all the years I’ve been coming, obliging where she can be re appointments, cheerful and friendly.The girls worked incredibly hard over the Covid years to the point of exhaustion at times and can only I imagine that they had do deal with some difficult clients at times. It’s a busy practice and they do their best.

Been going here for 25 years. Doctors are great, however, the reception staff need to rethink there career choices. Woman yesterday was unhelpful, argumentative and just plain stupid.
Same day I had interaction with Dy skin cancer clinic and it was a great experience, courteous and effectient.

Have been on the books of this practise for 18 years and yet half the time now you cannot even get an appointment as the medical staff seem to only work part time. The reception staff are abrupt and rude. Time to look for a better practice I think.

Been coming here for decades and Dr Konduru is the most caring GP I’ve ever met. The reception staff are lovely too. Plus this is one of the few GP practices in the Forest area that bulk bill. Worth the waiting times.

The ‘manager’ / receptionist Lisa has SERIOUS communication and attitude problems and is a very rude lady. In fact every receptionist apart from the younger school age girl who works their are terrible and make you feel awful for even trying to get an appointment. She’s laughed in my face before for asking for appointment information and I have overheard her gossiping about patients to the other receptionist. My family has been coming here since 2000 and it’s a shame these new receptionists are tarnishing dr konduras practice. We’ve made a complaint with the tribunal and i recommend if you’ve been mistreated by her to also do so and get this lady out of this job she obviously is too good for.

Dr Konduru has been my doctor for 30 years. She is worth the wait and the 1.5 hour drive I now take from the central coast. I have never found a more caring, thorough doctor and this is why I return to her for myself and my kids.

My wife and my family have been going to this medial centre for over 30 years. The doctors and their care for patients is built around a true family ethic. They remember their patients on each visit, always inquire about the rest of the family and if possible, actually make feeling unwell a better experience. Dr Konduru has been amazing with our children for years, identifying many things as elite sportswomen a bulk-billing centre would not normally diagnose. I am so pleased to see this centre has lived past the development of the new Northern Beaches Hospital and relocated just around the corner. The question now is, can the hospital deliver as good a service? I totally doubt it !! Good luck Dr LK and your amazing crew !!
