Great private practice. I go for the first appointment and get in with minimal delays. Booking is easy with HotDoc app, no dramas. Recently got SA Pathology which charges nearly half compared to ClinPath for same tests for private insurance.

My usual doc, Dr Ponte is friendly, listens well and keeps continuous records. Atmosphere is great too.

All my visits at 8am ended before 8.30 leaving plenty of time to attend work! Thanks.

Dr. Matthew Webber was extremely professional and made us very comfortable on our first visit. He gave us clear explanation and were very easy to understand. The reception also were very polite. Thank you for your hospitality.

First-time visit, had a bad experience, had the appointment at 10:30 am receptionists told to came 10minutes early for paper works, got there on time. But the doctor sees us at 11:21 am, almost one hour wait. The doctor was very nice, Families were around visiting receptionists Grandma which is understandable but for over hours which is unprofessional.
