Spoke with a receptionist by the name of Lisa. Requested something so easy to be done and got a cold rude response. She was not friendly, not welcoming, and made me feel stupid for what I was asking for.

I will never set foot in that practise again. I have no complaints about the doctors & nurse, lovely to deal with them.
However that dreadful woman at the front counter called Lisa ( I would say in her 50's) is the rudest individual I have ever met. The last time I was in there she went a step further by abusing me when I went in to pick something up from the front counter. Other patients that go there have also commented on her behavior, which begs the question. Why is she still there?

GP East has provided outstanding care to my entire family while we lived in Sydney. I can't rate all the GPs highly enough - even when we moved out of the area, we continued with the practice. A special shout out to Dr Hudson, who was excellent throughout my pregnancy.

I have been seeing Dr Priscilla for roughly 8 years now and can't recommend her highly enough. She is attentive, thorough and caring. The front desk staff are also wonderful, friendly and efficient. It's a great small GP practice!

An excellent practice. Never have to wait long and never feel rushed during my appointments. All the doctors and nurse are knowledgeable, kind and patient. There is a gap fee but honestly it's worth it.
