I gave birth at this hospital 9 weeks ago. Since the birth, I've had bouts of abdominal pains that usually resolve by taking anti-inflammatories and Panadeine forte. Yesterday, the pain was so bad that I vomited, painkillers didn't work and I felt like I was in labour. When I finally seen the doctor, he was very rude to me and told me that I am wasting his time and should see a GP. When I asked for painkillers to help in the meantime, he refused. Considering the fact that I'm postpartum, I should not have been treated so badly. Anything can happen and go wrong after a birth. This doctor is the reason why I hate seeing male doctors. They have no idea about this and don't care.

Kerrie on the triage front of desk attitude is absolutely disgusting when dealing with people. Have never come across a nurse so rude!!! Requirement if hospital is to wear a mask and she's taking hers on and off with out regard!

Visitee today 27th nov 22 kerri is out right rude and abrupt, thought she was bad with me then the way she spoken to others this woman should not be on the front desk at all. People asking questions and she just shut them down can't help you call this number or come back another time I don't have time for this. And nothing worse then seeing we all had to wear a mask and I respect that but she put hers on and off and chewing gum with mouth open omg disgusting this woman needs training in customer service and manners. And nurses wonder why people abuse them cause staff like this deserves to have her head ripped back off by people. Attached is a photo of the staff member. I'll also be making a formal complaint to the department, the Dr didn't even finish seeing Me cause he got a call let's hope my foot doesn't have a hair line break and I was not treated correctly just for a phone call after waiting 3.5hrs hmmmm if I could give 0 stars I would. Staff need more training and a bit of compassion to patients.

Would not rate this place a 1 star... stuff are rude and abrupt. Went in to get a second review on a injury that the Triage doctor could have done. Ended up walking out while being the only person in the waiting room and sat there for over 3 hours. Absolutely disgusting service...

I don’t know why I even bother going to this hospital anymore. Absolutely rude nasty people and one particular doctor should not have a job. Ashamed of the medical profession
