I have visited this medical center a few times, with the most recent visit being in January. Following my appointment, I reached out to the doctor using the same number she had previously messaged me from, expressing my discomfort with the prescribed medication. However, I did not receive a response.

Subsequently, I scheduled another appointment with the same doctor. Thirty minutes before the appointment, she messaged me again from the same number, informing me of a 40% increase in prices since my last cosmetic treatment in November.

In my view, this behaviour lacks professionalism, reliability, and does not demonstrate genuine concern for me as a patient.

Me and my family have been patients of this practice for a few years now. The team are always very professional, attentive and great to deal with. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and it's so easy to make bookings online or over the phone. My dealings are mostly with Dr. Nelly and Ali Zahedi who always give me the greatest confidence with their care, approach and expertise. Overall this is a great medical practice that I highly recommend to all age groups.

I saw Dr. Ali Zahedi late December 2020 after hearing recommendations from many people for skin/skin cancer work. I had what I thought was a blackhead on my back, but it turned out to be a sebaceous cyst. He talked me through my options, and after deciding to remove it completely, did the procedure and I was out in under 15 minutes! I couldn't feel anything, and his stitching was so carefully done and precise. Fast forward to February 2021 and my back is healing nicely- not bad considering I had a big hole in my back less than two months ago. I highly recommend him for any skin issue.

Arrived at 8.30am and spoke to reception who told me she was pretty sure they open 9am. I told her your website says 8.30am as well as the sign on the door says 8.30. Apparently doctor doesn't arrive until 9am. Also note. You must have a booking or the doctor won't see you.

Dr Khatibi is a lovely doctor with a very high EQ. I am a nervous patient with a Vaso-vagal response which means I pass out if I’m at all scared. This can be challenging!! Dr Khatibi has however successfully performed Botox and filler procedures on me for a number of years with no problems of this type.
It is a great relief to find someone who takes the time to manage this type of phobia and it’s consequences, and as a result I can have the procedure done without an unnecessary level of fear and anxiety. To me this is invaluable and I highly recommend her.

Very friendly and professional service from centre manager to doctors (we were consulted by Dr: Nilofar). They are a privately billed organization and standard consultation will be 85$ as of Jan 2023.
