They don't respond to online enquiries, I phoned to follow up (Which I rarely do), and was told it looks like it "had been dismissed", with no communication that that was the case mind you.

I was told it was likely the team was at capacity which could have been the reason, I was asked to re-forward the email to a specific person who would get back to me on if they could help.

Again, 3 days later and nothing.

I wouldn't bother attempting to give them your money. There are plenty of other lawyers happy to charge you in six minute increments.

If you're at capacity a simple "Thanks for your enquiry, fortunately for us, we are currently at capacity" would do the trick.
