I can’t even begin to describe how amazing my experience working with dr Ritu Gupta and the rest of the team at platinum dermatology has been. From my first appointment in July to my most current one this month my acne and overall complexion has improved tremendously. All of my appointments with Dr Gupta have run on time, she takes great care with consultations to assure you leave confident that you’re receiving the right treatment for your skin and is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Also, all of the ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful and always make me feel welcome as soon as I walk through the doors.

I went back to Platinum Dermatology after three years and had a really fantastic experience. I had done a lot of my own research on my acne problems beforehand and Dr Gupta was extremely affirming to its severity. We walked through my treatment options and discussed my previous treatment which gave me a lot of clarity. Amazingly, despite the practise being quite busy, Dr Gupta was able squeeze me in v quickly and I am now on the medication that I needed. I’m so grateful and looking forward to my next appointment 🙂

My daughter had an appointment with Dr Ritu Gupta today and she requested me to accompany. The practice is located near the shopping centre with free parking so well position and convenient. Dr Gupta is a thorough professional and polite and even though very busy she tries her best to accommodate patients requiring her attention. She has the latest machines to help the patients with all types of skin issues. I was surprised to see the previous reviews after experience today. I would highly recommend her and will recommend anyone with need for skin specialist to Dr Gupta.

EDIT: AFTER SPEAKING TO PRACTICE
Once the clinic was able to verify that we had a legitimate appointment (Dr Ritu Gupta, don't be so quick to make a public accusation of defamation that you haven't verified) we spoke to the Practice Manager on the 28/05 about the service experienced, where we heard a complete refusal to accept any responsibility of the failings of the practice. Whatever your condition is, go to any other practice that exists in Sydney and save yourself the headache. Attached is a photo of Dr Ritu Gupta's initial reply to this review that was "amended". Apparently a wife is not a relative according to Dr Ritu Gupta.

What an appalling clinic. They have no problem taking the money for the first appointment but good luck ever getting in touch for your results or a follow up. Did not make clear the items included in the service, when speaking with practice manager she said they weren’t responsible for Dr behaviour and it didn’t reflect the practice - major ethical red flag in that answer.
My family would never have come here had we known how awful they’d be.

I have been meaning to write this review since my first consultation. But I thought I will wait for few weeks more to see how the treatment went and how its going. Background story, I have been suffering a skin condition that has affected my confidence and well being. I was referred by my GP to see Dr Ritu. I have always been embarrassed to let other people see my condition. Ive never felt being treated differently from the rest of her clinic staff, nurses and most specially her. She made me feel comfortable and explained the rest of the process and treatment plans. Dr Ritu is very knowledgable and 100% knows her craft. She explains things to me like any not in the medical sector can understand. My treatment plan worked!! The past few weeks was nothing but gaining my confidence back cause I have seen the difference on my skin. In fact Im going and booking in for more skin consultations and treatments from her clinic. Im grateful I wasnt swayed by some other reviews here shedding bad light against Dr Ritu.

I've read some less favorable reviews, and I believe clear communication is key. Dr. Ritu has never brushed off any of my concerns and always follows up post-care, even offering free consultations for specific issues in person.

I can't wait to visit Platinum Dermatology again soon. Dr. Ritu and her team have not only improved my skin but also my quality of life. They have a client for life in me, and I'm genuinely grateful for their care.
