It was such a relief to find a practitioner that focused on a holistic approach to my migraine treatment rather than just prescribing more pain medication.

Sasha takes the time to understand the person rather than the symptoms. She takes a holistic approach, backed by scientific evidence and supports you through your journey to a migraine pain free existence.

I cannot recommend Sasha and her Physiotherapy techniques highly enough for effective and long term migraine pain management and relief.

This clinic has just changed my life in a really good way. I have been largely symptom free for 3 months and in so many ways it's been really easy.
I have had migraines for the past 25 years and tried every modality and intervention you could list. A friend of mine with a similar history stumbled upon 'The Watson Method' and recommended I gave it a go.
If I'm honest I'm pretty pissed off with everyone else that asserted that they could fix migraines with no real ability to do anything other than soothe me in some way or other. This method claims an 80% success rate and I decided to take those odds. It turns out that as with my business as a marriage therapist, either it's your full time interest or you are a dilatant pretending to make a difference. I really wish people would learn to stop meddling with things they have no real ability around. Rob has spent 15 years working with 3 joints in the neck, I think it's safe to assume he's mastered his work.
