On my last visit I was surprised how quickly I was tested (15 minutes max.) and sent off.
I think that the need to have testing done where queues were 400 to five hundred metres long is over.
Very convenient location for pedestrians or non-car drivers.
Not easy to find walk in clinics in Parramatta Area

First, I was not provided with my reference number. Second, you will get your results late compared to other places I have had tested.
The long queue: can’t just complain about it as it is the same everywhere at the moment.
But, yes they are short of staff and slower.

I called them just now, the lady transferred me to the other department regarding tests, they aren’t even picking the phone up.

I ran late for my appointment as I got lost having just moved to the area and the staff were very accommodating. Very rigorous entry procedure to ensure patient and employee safety. I don't mind as it benefits us both. Disabled parking available on request. Very happy with my visit. Thanks!

I had a covid test on January 11 and it was not busy in the morning, but I haven't received the result until today(Jan 17). I tried to call them twice. The recordings run nearly 1 hour but no one answer the phone.

My husband stood in line for 6 hours on 6th January 2022 to get a PCR test a week after testing positive, he needed another test for work clearance. Today is the 14th January 2022 and he has still not received his result. If you need a quick turnaround this is unfortunately not the place to go. Would be good if they had another testing clinic in Parramatta CBD for people who don't drive. He rang them to enquire about the result , spent over an hour waiting on the phone. He did say the lady he spoke to was very nice and told him because they are public (NSW Health) it takes a lot longer, it's quicker to attend a private testing clinic. Sharing this experience in case someone also needed a quicker testing turnaround time. Stay safe everyone!

UPDATE MON 14 MARCH 2022. My husband has still not received his PCR result lol

Updated I got my test on 10th January and today 19th January I haven't received my sesult yet. Please don't waste your time .
I rang up this Morning about covid testing result. The answer is they haven't received the results from 5th January from the hospital that's mean my result will take more than 2 weeks because I got my test on10th January.

The staff are not reliable and not proper information to patient. The response from the clinic is very poor. Wasting patient time and not communicating properly to inform the patient the procedure of their processing, no one there answer call for patient inquiries. Only a main reception desk staff just taking phone call but not response. call later and call later, we are busy.

They take the phone number and promise to call back but NEVER EVER .

They are totally waste of tax payers funded clinic and a inefficient service. I rang several time to get blood test report for my wife. it took two week to speak to a person about the report and then they said to me that they can't say the outcome of the report over the phone which we don't know who you are? Is it real? Me and my wife have provided all our personal information including our contact numbers. So I expect that the clinic should be calling us and inform us the out come of the report and advise to come an collect them.

This is 2017, I never seen a clinic like this in my life. TOTALLY TIME WASTERS. Please try a different clinic.
