Extremely disappointing experience – avoid if you value your time.

I had an MRI done at Harbour Radiology Kellyville over a week ago, and despite repeated assurances, the report was never sent to the requesting doctor. This forced us into multiple unnecessary follow-ups, phone calls, and stress just to get basic communication sorted.

The delay caused me to miss several hours of work and made me late for a critical meeting. For a medical service provider, this lack of respect for patient time and urgency is unacceptable.

If you care about timely results and professional communication, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Great facility which has parking immediately outside. Open Saturdays, run on time and friendly staff.
Kerry was a caring and gentle ultrasound technician who explained everything and was very clear with instructions.

Great Service friendly receptionist & very helpful radiologists, technicians & doctors All of whom really put my mind at rest as I was very nervous patient about my CTCA procedure Which I found a little scary especially due to the fact they give you medication to slow your heart rate & spray nitrogen glycerine into your mouth so they can get clearer images from the machine Which really is a highly technical piece of equipment
The only issue I found was finding the practice as it is on the roof of the Kellyville Shopping Centre. Some improved directions would be good

I had my ultrasound done at the Radiology today. Excellent experience. I was taken in 5 minutes of reaching for my appointment with Shree and then with sonographer Kuljit. I received absolutely brilliant service. The place was very organised and clean and I had an amazing experience. The sonographer was really nice, asked relevant questions and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommended Radiology.

Totally horrible horrible experience with Radiologist Kuljit, I booked a pregnancy ultrasound session with her, she rubber my belly brutally and roughly and didn't listen my concern. And she also discuss my confidential matters in the public room loudly, the manager didn't even bother to reply my complaint. Definitely not going there ever again 😔

Amazing! The whole environment is very clean and comfortable. Every staff here is so nice. The reception Ayah is kind and helpful. KERRY Did the ultrasound for my foot she is very professional, takes a lot of time to make sure every part has been measured and answered my questions with patience and explained what she saw from the Video, the guy ( sorry forget ask the name) did the X Ray is also professional.

Delayed Medical intervention.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
They dont prepare reports same day ( takes 3 business days) and even on request they could not prepare to send my images to my GP for 2 dayd
I had gone to GP but it was in vain.
Because of that my treatment has been delayed and i have to suffer in pain .Had been taking day off from work .
