I am not sure why i should even give 1 star. Between, the Management and the Doctors has zero communication.

Dear Dr Vanessa

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by the center management regarding the unexpected payment request of AUD 80.

When I inquired about today’s payment, you assured me that no payment was required for the consultation. However, the receptionist, Kanch, insisted that I must pay AUD 80 immediately and even refused to provide the X-ray and ultrasound request forms unless the payment was made. I found this approach both distressing and unprofessional.

Additionally, you mentioned that a report would be provided for me to take to Westmead Children's Hospital. Unfortunately, when I requested it, Kanch informed me that no such report was available. This lack of communication and coordination has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I strongly urge you to address these issues with your staff, as the treatment I have received as both a client and a patient’s carer has been unreasonable, disgraceful and unacceptable.

I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.

Hills Children Specialists provides exceptional service with a highly accommodating front staff who are always willing to go the extra mile for patients. They create a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel cared for from the moment they enter. The facility is of excellent quality, ensuring comprehensive care and comfort. Dr Iresha De Silva is an amazing paediatrician. My daughter who is 6 yrs now has been seeing Dr Iresha from when she was 2.5yrs. Dr Iresha really cares about her patients and their parents. She goes an extra mile to provide comfort and assurance and gives the best advice for a parent which a kid with special needs. I am very grateful and lucky to have her as our paediatrician.

We went to see Doctor Vanessa to show our 3 month old and very happy with her expertise. Very easy to have a comfortable conversation and I would highly recommend her to all parents.
Divya and Hanoor from the practice/reception was very polite and kind as well.

I simply cannot thank enough for your excellent service and unique way of giving the highest respect from the reception desk,Divya (Peactise Manager and Kancha ( Medical Receptionist).
From the 1st day itself we met Dr Iresha De Silva she took the whole responsibility towards our Granddaughter who is a special needs child 9 years old and Dr Iresha took the pain away from our family as well and we could clearly see the betterment of developing. Dr Iresha diagnosed all the other sickness that our child got where as previous Doctor was not smart enough though he is qualified and recognised enough and we felt wasted of good 8 years of life of our baby,seen him and finally dumped our child saying her IQ is nil that we have to accept but ever since we met Dr Iresha within a very short period of time we can see along with her school report our child's behaviour and intelligence developing for betterment
Dr Iresha is dedicated developing for the same and committed to the care and well-being
Not forgetting to mention the friendly and always wilfully helpful reception desk give us immense and prompt action upon our requests for further assistance

Very bad experience, the doctor was quite non empathetic ( which is quite sad for children who visit them) and the reception staff are very rude even if you ask them basic questions, wouldn't reccomend
