Friendly, professional and accommodating staff at Lumus Norwest. Reception staff worked with me for an appointment time that suited me (as I had a lot on that day). I had my Ultrasound done on the same day as my Doctor referral. The technician was professional and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended.

I went there to get my visa medical done, my only mistake was to approach the flashy, pink hair old lady and ask for my appointment. She very bluntly asked me to go back and wait as I interrupted her while she was having a chut chat with her colleague. I was really taken aback by her tone. Please hire people who are polite and can provide excellent customer service.

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I wasn't going to go, but based on a friend's recommendation, I decided to give it a shot and it was conveniently located. Parking was very easy and accessible. I found the service by all staff and wait time exceptional for a walk in. Was in and out in under 20 minutes for a CT scan, and it was quite busy. After my experience here, I would gladly go back if required.

Outstanding. I dropped in there yesterday Saturday hoping to get urgent ultrasound on my daughters ankle as she is a dancer with comp next weekend. They bent over backwards to fit us in quickly and expedited report to Dr so we could commence treatment asap. Each and every time I have been there I have experienced such great service. Thank you

To actually BOOK in with Lumas Imaging here in Norwest i was on hold for 40 mins then they hung up on me 🙂
Day of booking I arrived 5 mins before my booking time (8:55 AM). I saw a lady sitting on the phone at reception so this, to me was a green light to hand over my referral, ready for my booking. She sends me away and rudely says “just go sit over there”. Nice. Any customer after me was treated differently and were checked in however I was not told to walk myself BACK up to reception after I got here early for their convenience. It gets to 9:15. I walk up to the desk as I have not gone in for my booking yet. Lady at reception is talking to another staff member about what coffee she would like, completely ignoring the 2 people in line. When she finally serves me, she rudely says “you have a booking?” I say yes it was at 9 AM, in disgust she says “it’s 9:15” yeah babes, that’s because you sent me AWAY at my booking time. If she weren’t so rude, experience would’ve been better. I haven’t read many positive reviews from the staff and as a young person who may be doing this for the first time, I never want to come back here again. Not to mention, I am a diabetic and this scan requires fasting, therefore I have put myself in a situation where I have not eaten or drank for 12 hours. They had a sign asking for a google review at their reception facility, they got one.

I was there yesterday for an Ultrasound and Scan which I needed the results for this morning.
Everyone was so helpful and the result went to my specialist on time.
The lady in Ultrasound room always doing great job with smile on her face.
Sally in scan room was amazing, like a kind sister. She also followed my results to send to specialist yesterday and called me to inform.
It made me feel not stressed about it. Thanks a lot Sally.
The lady in front desk also always behaving kind and helpful.
