I have been a sleep apnea sufferer for a long time and over the years been to various sleep centres through my life’s journey in Queensland where l reside (which includes Prince Charles in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast university hospital). Never have l met someone so professional caring and passionate about her work. Tya made me sleep like a sleeping beauty after my visit to ResMed in Bella vista.

I find Tya who I have been dealing with at Bella Vista the most beautiful and helpful person I have ever met . I was struggling with my old mask and she found the perfect one for me.
She is so knowledgeable about CPAP machines and masks fitting. I would like to say to all management staff what a great employee you have she is worth her weight in gold

Wanted to buy machine outright but was advised to go on 12 months plan, to receive free filters/mask every 6 months.
My credit card expired/ # changed , a week later my machine stopped, came up with system error. Took it to Bella Vista for repairs. They wanted my credit card #, I told them that they have the credit card #, but the sale assistance told me that the original card # had expired without checking, so the error code on the machine was regarding the expired card.
I believe my machine was switched off once my credit card # changed.
Now I am changed $8.50/week for 26 weeks as part of the care plan which I was told was free if I go on the plan & not buy the machine outright.
DON'T use this company, complete rip off. Cheating is part of their DNA.
There are other companies that make similar units.

It was very difficult for me to get used to the device and masks. During this process, I went to the store several times and never had any issues. The staff here are truly helpful. Sleep apnea negatively affects one’s entire life, but now I enjoy starting the day happy and energetic. Thank you to everyone. A special thank you to Emma.

I recommend choosing the F20 AirTouch and N20 AirTouch masks.

They need to be clearer in their marketing. Highly disappointed in what was originally a good experience. they should clearly state in their advertising that if you purchase the machine on a 12 month plan and pay $35.50 a week you do not receive the tub and tube after 12 months and that you have to either join their plan for longer than 12 or pay extra weekly. I basically paid an extra 2 dollars a week for nothing and could have gone on the $33 a week plan or I could have just bought the machinie outright. Wasted my money and time. Basically false advertising.

I recently had a fantastic experience with RESMED, and I'm thrilled to share my review. After contacting them through their website and organizing a Zoom meeting, I connected with Jarryd from their team. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently walked me through everything I needed to know about their products. What stood out was his assurance of after-sales support, ensuring that I would be well taken care of after making my purchase.

I opted for the RESMED AirSense 11, and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the very next day (Northmead to Bathurst). Setting up the machine was straightforward as it came with pre-set settings. However, after my first night using it, I encountered a few minor issues with the pressure settings.

Fortunately, Jarryd was quick to assist. He remotely accessed my device and made the necessary adjustments promptly. This level of technical support was impressive and made a significant difference in my comfort and usability of the device.

After a week of using the AirSense 11, I can confidently say that I am fully settled with it. Jarryd even followed up with me over the telephone to review my experience and ensure that I was achieving positive results. I'm happy to report that my sleep quality has noticeably improved, thanks to the effectiveness of the device.

Overall, my experience with RESMED has been outstanding. I would highly recommend RESMED to anyone looking for a reliable sleep apnea solution with excellent customer service.

Made a booking to have the device serviced, arrived the store and waited half an hour for nothing, have a meeting to go soon so I cannt risk waiting longer, asked the staff how much longer? they are not sure and suggested me to rebook when I left.

What's the point of making an appointment if you cannt honor it?
