I was very impressed with how kind and caring Dr. Richa Dixit was. She listened to all my concerns and showed a lot of empathy. The receptionist is also very polite and helpful.

My family and I have been going to Dr Susan Chu and Dr Lee for over 15 years we followed them from Toongabbie to Bella Vista my son is Autistic and doesn’t trust any other Dr but after all the years of loyalty today my husband was told that he would be charged to see Dr Lee despite being told over 2 years ago that I would t be charged due to my family circumstances and being long time clients I am so deeply disappointed I had both of my kids with them and now with there lack of loyalty shown to us after 15 years I will have to find a new family GP for the 5 of us so deeply saddened by this

My husband and i started to come to this practice since we moved to Schofields. the doctors here are professional and helpful. I have seen doctor Chang Thai Lee and doctor Richard. both of them are excellent. they listen to my concerns and provide detailed suggestions with patience. i especially like the reception lady here, warm and kind. thank you all so much.

This is a great Medical practice. From the front desk team to the Drs. They are respectful, polite and very caring. Dr Le has been our family Dr for over 15 years and I cannot recommend him more. Dr Chu is also great with children. Thank you!

I could not recommend Dr Lee and his team more highly. Professional and caring for all. I have been attending tbis practice since it opened. Requiring people to wear a mask when in the surgery is something I support at all times. It is for my sake as it is for other patients.

From the start to the end I had an amazing experience at this practice. Cannot congratulate the reception staff, the nurse and Dr Ong enough on their professionalism and a willingness to perform a full assessment to gain a full understanding of what I was in for. Thank you.

So we have recently moved to Bella vista and called this medical centre as I had a massive ear ache. I called and the receptionist told me to wear a mask (which I thought was odd but just went with it) when I got there she ‘asked’ me if I had a temperature, I said no. Then a nurse came out and this receptionist thought it would be nice to whisper in her ear only to have the nurse come up to mme and ask me to leave and go sit in my car. NO ONE checked my temperature. I was gobsmacked . I was in so much pain and agony from my ear. No covid what so ever. By this point I was so angry , 30 mins later the dr who was supposed to call me calls. She was very professional I will give her that. But the way this centre is operating is pre covid days. ZERO customer service . If you can avoid it don’t come here .

Dr Susan Chu is the best GP, she's a caring and passionate lady, I've been seeing her since 2006. Remember once I had a serious condition and she made a few phone calls to book me to see a specialist on that same day .
