👍 Reviews of EyeClinic Albury Wodonga

The wait to see the Registrar at the Eye Clinic can be as long as 3 hours. Today it took me 1.5 hours to see the Registrar. The reason being that the Registrar holds a public health position and is subject to responsibilities in that position. Hence it can be a long wait to see the Registrar at the Eye Clinic. Personally I think the waiting time is excessive and does not meet public expectations of service. I would encourage the Eye Clinic to do better.

I have been to this clinic a dozen times or more expect a 2.5- 3 hour wait regardless of what time your appointment is made.

You can turn up 10 minutes after it opens guess what expect a 2.5 hour wait.

The elevator that rarely works just adds to the pleasure of the visit.

My husband had a great experience with Dr Evan Heineke for his cataracts. Excellent results from surgery. Very professional and caring by everyone involved in the procedures at Insight Private Hospital. Made him feel very at ease through both operations. Thank you
