Second time I've come here after the disaster from last visit a year ago. Rock up and a couple in front of me are saying they booked in the clinic yet there's no appointment for them. So they had to rebook again. My turn comes. The appointment I requested online was never made. No confirmation or rejection email or text. Nothing. Sick as a dog and tore myself out of bed for this. I am NEVER coming here ever EVER again.

I have been attending this clinic for a long time. Recently have had more medical problems than usual due to a few different things. Have had to juggle appointments and change appointments to fit in with scans ect . I have to say , although I've had some confusing things to sort , the girls on reception have been so accommodating and helpful. Doctors always caring and thorough. Thanks guys , for all your care .😊

I wanted a change of GP recently and on a friend's recommendation began seeing Dr. Comfort
She's terrific, incredibly compassionate. I feel comfortable with her, and so grateful I was directed to her
She's a bit hard to see timewise but absolutely worth the wait if you can

Most incompetent doctor that I have ever visited, could even diagnose the problem , the diagnosis had nothing to do with injure to toe the doctor was doctor comfort

started ringing today at 8.02am took 20 minutes just to get in the queue so after 20 mins got to number 2 and was disconnected. Rang again and got back in the queue then again after 25 mins got to number 2 again and was disconnected. Currently waiting again in the queue and it is now 9.25am and at number 10. What are the chances I will get to speak to anyone today. Extremely poor service. it is now 9.37am and have been hung up once again the 3rd time today. On the phone you state to be nice to the staff well how about be nice to the patients.

I had a terrible cut above my right eyebrow after hitting a stone with my face when I felled down during jogging downhill on the Ridge Trail (Bushland Albury Central) on April 3rd. I’m a tourist from Germany and till that injury I didn’t have any experience with doctors in Albury or in Australia at all. QAfter a recommendation by people living in that area I visited “The Doctors at Lavington” to check my head injury for further treatment instead of going to a hospital. And I must say this was the best decision I could make in that situation! At the reception I was treated as an emergency when they saw my bleeding cut. The receptionist immediately guided me to the operation theatre at the clinic where I met Dr. Duminda Koralage and the nurses Charly and Kathy. After cleaning the cut above and through my right eyebrow by the two nurses, Dr. Duminda started in his lunch break to dress my wound. And I must say he is a very experienced doctor and specialist as well and closed my complicate cut with 18 stitches. He took all the time he needed (more than 1 hour) to close my cut in a way that there will be a little, nearly invisible scar only.
On April 5 I had to visit this clinic again for a dressing change. This was done by the nurse Jenny. She was like an artist to cover the stitches in that way that my right eye had not to be covered again.
My wife and I’m so happy about the medical treatment and professional assistance we received at “The Doctors at Lavington”-. We strongly recommend this clinic if you are looking for experienced and qualified doctors like Dr. Duminda Koralage assisted by highly qualified nurses and receptionists.
We are going to leave Australia in few days and will never forget the outstanding medical assistance I could experience in this clinic.

While this practice is somewhat costly (you get the majority of what you pay back from Medicare but sometimes coming up with near $100 is tough), I am extremely happy with the place. The doctor I see has gone above and beyond to help me, more so than any doctor I've seen in the past and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful.
I can't recommend this practice enough.

I have had a great experience in the past in this clinic, no trouble making an appointment, but always seem to strike out with the doctor of my choice as she is either booked for two weeks or on a course or taking a big holiday LOL but have always been offered another woman Doctor on request, so pretty happy. Receptionists have always been helpful and friendly. Doctors are through, and happy to listen. Whoops it's not Steve Thornton, I am his wife LOL didn't know this was under his name.
