I see other people have had the same experience I've had with a Dr at this clinic. I was also belittled for taking my child there with an infection, given a lecture on how expensive it is to run the clinic and had to put up with him slamming things around and swearing infront of my child. The clinic itself is great, brilliant, so lucky to have that service here but the Dr really isn't fit to be dealing with people at all.

The nurse is incredibly rude, unprofessional and incompetent. She was coughing and spluttering all over the place and was not interested in helping or doing her job. We arrived for my daughter’s appt and before we could even explain that her condition had worsened, that their own doctor had told us to come back over Easter if it got worse, or even have the nurse look at her, she was lecturing us and telling us to go to our GP. Not sure how we’re supposed to do that on a public holiday. She was also talking to patients and asking private and confidential details (like what medications are you on) in the reception area in front of other patients. This is supposed to be a service to keep emergency departments free of more minor issues but I’ll never go here again. The nurse was rude and more interested in lecturing than actually doing her job.

I went to this clinic yesterday and have never been treated so rudely by a doctor in my life, and I have worked in the medical profession for over 40 years. The doctor was obviously stressed due to being the only one there , however this is no excuse for the rudeness and foul language exhibited.
I was belittled for turning up at the clinic ( and not waiting to get a GP appointment later in the week) as my ailment was considered “minor” however I was then duly sent for a CT brain scan for later in the day.
There is absolutely NO excuse for the behaviour of the doctor and I will never go here again.

I called to get appointment for 6 months daughter as I am querying of having ? chest infection but the lady over the phone was very rude after telling her what is the issue of my little ones she told me that the doctor cannot get rid of my baby’s cough and should go to our GP to get seen. I called because I can get appointment from GP.

Both my partner and I have accessed this service. We would rate Dr Chenoweth and Dr Bailey very highly in terms of their knowledge, experience, and diligence in providing comprehensive assessments and treatment.

If I could give a negative rating I would! My husband went to see about a condition and was told that they could help him, but they were too many people waiting and they couldn't 'waste time ' on him.
Your better off going and clogging up the hospital system, because this clinic is a waste of time and money!

I can't give them negative point cut there is no such a option, anyways staff have no idea how to talk to the patents who need to see doc with or without appointments.
And they have security and obviously security going to listen them and not the patients.

Appointment been booked and waited for 2 hours and had no clue when they gonna see us ,
Nurse had rude behaviour saying kids been loud ,
Don't know what button we press so kids go quite but unfortunately people don't understand that kids been kids ,

God help medical industry and help people
