Dr Fazel is very helpful and kind. My whole family go to her now and she is very good with little kids. You can sometimes wait a little in the waiting room but when you speak to her I’ve never felt rushed and she really listens to my concerns.

Dr Allen is a poor doctor who does not listen to or care about her patients. She will tell you that you are lying about your symptoms and that you should be “better by now”. She will go behind your back and write incorrect information about your condition and symptoms and send it to other practitioners before you are able to sign it or even review it. I am now left in pain that I am not being supported for simply because she thought that I “should be better by now”. She for months basically told me that I was lying but I was unfortunately unable to stop seeing her and start seeing another doctor. She disregards your pain simply to reduce her workload. Do not go to Dr Allen

When I visited the clinic had just moved to the new location on David St, with no notice. The new location is not yet well signed. You enter the building, turn left and take the stairs or lift. The reception wasn't interested to hear about the trouble I had finding the place. The nurse and doctor were excellent but the 90 minute wait in the reception area wasn't appreciated. Some people had to stand. In total I spent 2 and a half hours at the clinic to complete a pre-work medical. Plenty of parking across the street in the all day carpark.

My 86 year old father tested positive for covid, quite unwell with it, on Monday morning. I arranged a 1.45pm telehealth appointment with Dr Fazel and he was promised a script for anti viral would be sent to his chosen pharmacy. This did not happen despite a further call. Clinic closed at 5pm and no script at the pharmacy. Dad was considerably worse the next morning, so i attended the clinic at 9am the next morning, and despite repeatedly asking the receptionist to please help to work out a way to collect the script (which had been done), she refused. She couldn't give it to me, she couldn't send it to the pharmacy, she couldn't ask another doctor to help.. she said we have to wait for the doctor who wrote the script to come in at 10am. Dreadful service.

The receptionist needs to learn how to speak to people and greet them in a professional manner while giving out clear instructions and a few manners along the way ,very unprofessional, the Doctor made excuses for the 1hr wait stating they
were short staffed, but happy to keep taking bookings? Was made to wait for another 1hr for a pre booked work medical, if it was my choice I wouldn't go there or be prepared for a very long wait

Firstly, I don’t even know how this clinic is still open and operating! I’ve never seen or been to any doctor’s clinic like this, very unprofessional and unorganised!

This practice is extremely slow and don’t seems to care about patients. Always says they’re running late, like every single day. Don’t understand how as a professionals they cannot manage to run their clinic on time. Always gives you the wrong time and make you wait for over hour and half. Never gives appointments even when it’s urgent.. they can’t even give you an a proper answer when you question them why you’ve been waiting for hours and hours.. always makes an excuses. Receptionist are extremely rude and they always cancel the booked appointment for no reason and without any consent from the patients. I would have it booked on my HOTDOC but they alway say it’s not in their system. My grandma always saw Doctor Dr Michael Kuzef however, we were told he won’t see her anymore and don’t want to see her anymore without any explanation on why? Extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful by the clinic on how they have a handled this, when I asked why he didn’t want to see her anymore as he was her regular doctor, the receptionist then rudely told me that he think other doctors are better suited for her, how pathetic is this, he was her regular doctor for last 6 years and all of a sudden he doesn’t want to see her.

Go up
