Receptionist are extremely rude and never welcoming. Attended the dorevitch there and saw a lovely lady named Cat highly recommend seeing her but that’s about it.

I was a patient of Dr Patrick for a number of months. I started seeing a new GP, at a new clinic (in the same town), for the last few months - a female doctor, who was referred to me by a very close relative, and as she’s a woman, I felt more secure and open going to see her for certain health issues.
However, not ONCE in this process did I say to either clinic, that I wanted to not be treated again by Dr Patrick, or that I never wanted to stop being able to go back and see him again…

I feel as though I’m well within my rights to see another GP for seperate medical issues? Or even just for a second opinion? Correct me if I’m wrong?

In order to see this lady doctor, I HAD to get my medical records sent over to the new clinic or they couldn’t treat my conditions, nor prescribe me any medication I may need, without the medical history (or so I was told by the receptionists and doctor at new clinic).

I began to experience horrible abuse and negligence from my new GP, (which I am filing a complaint for) - so I decided to book an appointment with Dr Patrick.
Again, feeling as though I was well within my rights to do so, considering I am a current patient at this clinic.
I booked the appointment on Wednesday through HotDocs - it booked with no issue.
Appointment was for Friday.
Thursday, at around 3:30pm rolls around, and I receive a phone call from one of the receptionists, stating: “hi, you have an appointment with Dr Patrick tomorrow - because you requested your medical records to be sent over to a new clinic, Dr Patrick has, at his own discretion, decided not to accept you as a patient, as you’ve moved to another clinic it cancels you out of our system and you would have to come back through and pay an initial consult (AGAIN) as a new patient, but even then, Dr Patrick isn’t taking new patients right now, so I’ll just cancel it”…
Extremely rude and unprofessional - the receptionist was just doing her job and I won’t shoot the messenger, but please, just beware of this practice.

I know people who work/have worked at Alpha Medical Centre and have quit because of stress and negligence, as well as had a pathologist tell me to my face whilst taking my blood once, that she absolutely hates working at the clinic.

If I were going to find a new doctor, it would NOT be this clinic.

My partner had 2 seizures in 3 years followed the hospitals direction not to drive for a month, he visited his GP she asked about him driving he told her he had followed the hospitals directions it had been quite a few months since then. The GP said nothing further regarding the driving.He completed his appointment and left a couple of months later he finds out immediately after leaving his GP appt she had gone online and suspended his licence without ever having said a word to him about doing this, he only found out when he finally received a letter from Vicroads informing him his licence has been suspended , he had no idea this had happened.. Pretty appalling that she felt this was OK to do without informing him she was doing it, he could have been fined for driving when he had no idea he was suspended.It has been 12 mths a lot of money and time spent on specialist appts and tests to get a report stating there is no medical reason at all why his licence should of been suspended all down to fatique in end. Would of been nice had the GP at least told him she was suspending his licence and had got these tests done to prove he was medically fit like he has been with the help of a new GP, who did what should of been done in first place.

Always a great experience at Alpha, had an injection with nurse boyin today and from when I walked into the office and being greeted by the receptionists, to the care from the nurse was very welcoming. I really like Dr Shaima, she always takes the time to really listen to what I have to say.
Been coming to the clinic for 2 years and always well taken care of.

Dr. Alade is the best doctor I have ever consulted in Australia.. He is very patient and understanding doctor. He gave his very clear opinion about any issue, instead of saying, “as you wish”, as most doctors are doing here in Australia.. I really appreciate his work..

Don't book in here. The nurse states she owns the business but is extremely rude. She will call you back and abuse you. Never seen anything like it. They struggle with English too and dates of birth. They make $1.2 million in revenue each year and are simply rude. Don't go there!

Great doctors here. Friendly and helpful receptionists. It's never too busy and are never kept waiting long. Office is always neat and tidy and waiting rooms have always been clean and tidy also

Friendly reception and fairly easy to get same day or next day appointments. You can book online as well. Dr Arash Nazari has a thorough knowledge and always a pleasure to see. Glad I transferred here from another practice.
