By far the worst company ever. The receptionist workers are disgusting. The doctors are so behind time. I wait a minimum of 2 hours for a 15 min appointment. One receptionist in particular she’s always sitting on the right side of the desk alone in the single side facing the car park she had a nose piercing. Her attitude is horrible. Absolutely disgusting service so embarrassing.

If there were 0 stars I like to put. I don’t recommend this medical center. The reception workers ruin everything. They are rude and unfriendly!!!No matter what time are you booking an appointment , you still will wait for hours. The receptionists are absolutely incompetent and don’t try to help for you. I booked the appointment for 6 month old child online (there is an email and App confirmation), but she didn’t see in her computer and that's it, you can go home, because the doctor is full booked, but I booked too. Only after I asked to see her manager, she deign to look at her computer and silently book me. I just got a sms that my appointment would be at 3pm, but 10:15 and 3pm are a big different, right? And it doesn't matter that I won't be able to come again with the baby at 3pm. Don’t waste your time and nerves, find another medical centre!!!!

I’ve had a few bad experiences at Aya Medical Centre. The receptionists are often rude and each one says something different, which is very confusing. When they told the manager about me, she just gave me dirty looks instead of helping. It doesn’t feel like a friendly or respectful place anymore. Very disappointing.

Having been to the after hours centre previously and had a good experience I went during the day and was discussed by the treatment received
I was told there was one person currently with the doctor and one other person waiting so there was a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. I waited about an hour and went back to the receptionist who said there was a person with the doctor and one more before me so there was another 30 minutes wait.
In this time every person there when I walked in had been seen as well a lot of people who walked in after me.
How lucky is the ā€˜person’ that was in with her doctor that they had over an hour long appointment with the doctor or is it that there were numerous people jumping the queue and being sent in to see the doctor over me?
Either way disgusting behaviour and wouldn’t recommend this place if my life depended on it!!
I cancelled and walked out.

If you don’t care about your loved ones, feel free to send them here because I can assure you, they don’t care either. They have failed multiple times to rectify a mistake they’ve made in terms of seeing a client with a very time-sensitive issue. It’s been two weeks so far and is yet to be rectified. After back and forth for about a week and a half, on Monday they ā€œconfirmedā€ a booking for this morning at 9:50 am (Wed 27/11) with me on the phone and when my family member went in today for said appointment, there was nothing scheduled for her and they refused to put her next in queue as an apology for continuously being negligent and careless for their patients. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this clinic, as we’d expect better service in the very modern year of 2024. If I could give them 0 Stars out of 5, I would have. 1 star is too generous. Absolutely appalling.

Do better! This medical centre needs to seriously get its act together. The appointment system is a mess, and trying to reach someone by phone is a joke!!! I’ve been on hold for over an hour just to ask a simple 5min question (1st in line apparently) This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for any business, let alone a healthcare provider. Patients deserve better. Fix your scheduling, answer your phones, and show some respect for the people relying on your care! Hire better!

No matter what time I go—morning, afternoon, or evening—there is never a doctor available. The staff don’t say ā€œcome back later,ā€ they just say ā€œno doctor todayā€ every time. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re unwell and need care.
