I usually go to this Dr as they open conveniently early at 7am. It's a ticket system- first in first serve then there are appointment bookings for already booked in patients after 9ish. The receptionist has never been rude, she remembers everyone's faces and she let's you know before it's your turn to go in with the Dr.
Dr Bui is also great. He seems to treat you based on your symptoms. I haven't received any diagnosis of what I came to see him for, which is fine for us. I do just want the symptoms to go away!

Receptionist is a super understanding lady, I was sick and needed to see doctor but personal circumstances made me late to the appointment. However, she was kind and willing to let me in 10 minutes past closing time to see the doctor. She was very soft spoken and nice to speak to on the phone as well.

Contrary to the other negative reviews about the receptionist in this medical practice, I personally always have had a good experience with her.

Outstanding service from both receptionist and doctor. The receptionist is always courteous and respectful with her interactions and the doctor is friendly and understanding. He always makes my child feel comfortable and assured at every visit.

receptionist is rude. it’s very hard to call this place. no one answers or the phone just rings out. if someone does answer they are rude. i ask to book appointment they said no and to walk in. i walk in and had to wait over 3 hours to see the doctor. They don’t see patients in order either. i’ve seen people who came in after me go in first. really unprofessional. wouldn’t recommend it

I came here because of the EXCEPTIONAL reviews he had. The line was quick, the lady receptionist was so nice. However, I had a super bad experience with doctor Thang. He couldn’t answer any of my questions probably and clearly. He wasn’t a friendly doctor, treated me like an annoying patient who rarely comes to give him business but always come up with questions to waste his time. He even raised his eyebrows and voice when he was talking. Very disappointed with this doctor who I can only describe as RUDE.

The experience to get in was great, flexible and quick. I really appreciate the kindness from both the receptionist and doctor who tended to me. I tried to get in through another doctor before coming to Edward's Medical Centre and had no luck. I can really depend on this place when I need immediate health interventions the most, and today they proved to be a valuable asset to our community yet again.

Keep it up!

I would not give any stars for this rating because our experiences was too bad with Dr. Edward. We've been using his service from 2018 and we always fell him as a really kind doctor until now. On March this year, my dad came back from Vietnam and had the check from him and the result came out bad but my dad hid it from our family. I received Edward's call and he told me to get dad to hospital as soon as possible and I was really grateful of this since my dad could have died or gotten into worse scenario, who knows? After that, I, with no knowledges and informations about my dad situation at that moment, came to Edward and tried to ask him what was happening with my dad, and hope that he would explain me the details then I can answer to the doctor at the hospital, because my dad had come to emergency and I had no informations about what is going on, no single clue, I didn't even understand what the testing result tried to tell. So, I came to ask, and his responsd to me was "What is the problem?, I told you to go to hospital already, now let the doctors there fix it. Trời ơi, tui đã bảo là đi vô bệnh viện đi là được rồi, còn tới đây hỏi gì nữa?" But, the problem is I need to know about my dad informations then I can answer the hospital doctor clearly and at least take care of my dad better. I tried to tell him that I really need to know that to look after my dad better, so please doctor, explain the result for me, PLEASE. After two or three time like that, he finally explained me with the annoyed face. What is wrong with the son who wanna know about his father condition? I was not happy with that.
Then, after we came to the hospital to recheck my dad's condition on 30 May this year and came back. The hospital told us to ask the doctor fax or send them an email first, then they can arrange an appointment for us. But when we went to this medical centre and ask to help. All we received is "HE" told my dad that you have to do it yourself, he won't do that. All he gave to us is the letter of testing result or maybe body condition and tell us to book the appointment ourselves. He did not even try to fax or send an email to the hospital to help us a little bit. And I called the hospital too, they said they did not receive any noti from him. We have to do everything ourselves with just a letter from the GP. So, what is wrong with this?
Thank You!

Guys, don't go to this medical centre. The doctor now is not happy and friendly, and enthusiatic with his patients anymore. He always treated you like you are an annoying patient or customer.
