I had an appointment for a consultation and was told they would contact me after discussing with the doctor about fillers for my cheeks. After waiting for a month without any response, I reached out to them again. They finally scheduled me for the filler appointment. The nurse mentioned that a maximum of two syringes should cover my lines completely. After the procedure, I still saw the issue I initially came in for, but my cheeks looked big. I let it settle for a week, hoping it would improve, but it didn't.

When I went back for a follow-up, the nurse said I needed another syringe and I would have to pay for it. I expressed my concern about not wanting my cheeks to look big and unnatural but still ended up paying for the additional syringe. Now, after adding one more syringe, my cheeks are even bigger and the problem remains. I feel embarrassed because my face looks uneven and my cheeks are super big.

At this point, I believe this place is only after money, and the nurse who handled my case lacks experience. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed

I went there for my Cystic acne on my face. They made me feel like shit and the people who helped me made faces while looking at my skin then proceed to recommend a 200$ product that didn’t work and would not refund me. Never again.

I wish i had gone to Toronto for plastic surgery instead of winnipeg, especially for in the middle of my face. I had a rhinoplasty here last year, that didn't turn out, which I understand. I had a revision done this past February, and I have yet again, a bump on one side of my nose which makes my nose look crooked. Yes it has only been 3 months, but there is no sign at all that it is going to go down. I have made appointments to see Dr. Esmail, but I keep hearing the same things I heard last year, and I'm having the same problem that didn't resolve the first time. I've spent hours researching how to manage this rock hard bump on the side of my nose and this clinic seems to be the only one that wont give the kenelog injections. This has been so depressing, I will have to live another year with a wide crooked nose. At this point the staff there seem very annoyed everytime I call.

Shafroz is such an amazing injector ! She made me feel so comfortable during my entire appointment and extremely confident with the result. She explained everything so thoroughly and really took her time in her work. Definitely recommend seeing her !
