Currently transitioning and will no longer be doing plan management. At the start every invoice was paid on time but as of late invoices have been left unpaid after several weeks. Tried contacting the plan manager for 3 weeks with emails, calls and messages with no responses. Do not recommend. They just transfer you from person to person without resolving anything especially when it comes to payments. Find another reliable plan management company who puts there ndis customers first this company turned out to be very disappointing 👎

Afea are a great company to be managing my husbands NDIS plan. Jessica Cherote our Support Coordinator is wonderful, very professional, always helpful, and always on the ball. Since switching to Afea we have been very happy and highly recommend them.

Horrible company. The staff are not trained at all, they are not organised, when I’m suppose to receive help from the company they only give me a harder time as a mother, DO NOT RECOMMEND

The right support for our family ! We couldn’t have navigated the complexity of NDIS and the whole disability system without Ivania. She has been incredible going above and beyond advocating hard for my brother and our family.Ivania would have to be one of the most non judgmental, hard working and dedicated support person I’ve ever met. Our family wouldn’t be living close by now if it wasn’t for her help. I can’t speak highly enough of Ivania and the support we have received. If this is how the organisation runs you’ll be in great hands with them. We look forward to continuing to be with us for years to come.
Thanks again Ivania

I had a regular carer who was fantastic and when she stopped offering services in the Eastern Suburbs, AFEA was unable to provide a regular carer and it was always someone different.

Carer Sharon did not even get out of the car when she arrived. I had to walk around to find her and when I did, she opened the car window an inch and said "Get in." She reversed the car straight into a brick wall and instead of asking if I was ok, she said "This is my boss' car."

She drove me to the shopping centre and then sat in the car with the heater and a coffee while I wandered around the shopping centre unsupervised. When she saw me satruggling to carry shopping to the car, she waited until I was right near the car to get out.

She drove me home and there was still 35 minutes of service to go but she was trying to head out the door. I asked her to change my bed linen for me and you'd think I asked her for her last 5 cents the way she looked at me! With 25 minutes of service remaining, she left my home.

AFEA are unsupportive and when the manager called me, he thought I was leaving them over just 1 incident. Rajee had neglected to inform her manager that there were numerous instances over several months.

I am concerned about people who are unable to speak up about the way they are treated by their carer. I was not taken seriously when I spoke up so I don't know how a frightened person would get by. Do not allow your loved one to use AFEA unless you are there to supervise and make sure they are doing their job. Some of their carers border on dangerous.

Their plan management services are hit and miss. I have a great plan manager but their invoice payments are either really quick or really slow. I keep saying that I'll give them one more chance and they're great for a while but eventually stuff about again. I am seriously considering moving on from AFEA even though I'm happy with my individual plan manager. Their invoice department is just too inconsistent for me.

Jessica is so lovely, she always listens to me and helps me with whatever I need. She is amazing at advocating my needs and I wouldn’t be able navigate NDIS without her. ♡♡♡
