I called them due to technical issues. My first call was very great because my caller was super patient and supportive. However, after I had done what he told me, I still have the same problem and called them the second time. The lady Preeti was impatient and gave me very long pause despite me kept saying “Hello?”. I had to ended the call and they called me back. I answered and kept saying “Hello” without receiving any replies and was told to not responsive on my issue ticket. My third call was another man and all he “helped” me was only told me to wait. How long should I wait if I need to complete the modules ASAP to go to work? I think working in services the important to have is patience. I hope they can fix this issue.
