The Heal Clinic provided exceptional help when I was struggling with lower back issues caused by chronic shoulder pain, a major challenge stemming from my Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS).

At the time of my visit, the lower back pain was so severe that even the slightest movement caused intense discomfort, making it impossible to sleep or rest. However, after just three intensive physiotherapy sessions, the acute pain was effectively relieved.

Since OOS and chronic pain are ongoing issues for me, I plan to continue visiting the clinic for regular check-ups and proactive management to prevent my condition from reaching a severe stage again.

I was apprehensive about trying acupuncture for a soccer related injury given my previous experience for sports injuries has been with Anglo physiotherapists. The Heal clinic was recommended by a friend and I am so happy with the outcome. I was fortunate to be treated by So Young who is an extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled practitioner.
I received acupuncture, cupping and massage for a number of soft tissue injuries and was much improved after a few sessions.
So young’s expertise is very broad. She helped identify a circulatory problem and recommended treatment for an issue which had not been treated effectively through my GP. In addition she provided really effective treatment related to my diaphragm which has helped my breathing immeasurably.
Prices are very affordable even before the private health rebate. Highly recommend! Thank you So Young!

Hi, I want to recommend this clinic which is amazing. I fell down from ladder and sprained my right leg. A day after, I visited this clinic, because I couldn’t walk, even move. The doctor did acupuncture and capping on the site for 2 times. It’s little bit painful, but not so much. After 3days I could walk alone without any assistance. And It was getting better in soon time.
She is a great doctor!!!!

Possibly the best acupuncture clinic in Sydney! So Young is professional and knowledgeable and respectful. I was really pain in my neck and shoulders and now the pain has vanished.
Last wk, my eye was too tired and swollen, then she did treatment for my eyes!!! I wasn't aware that can treat my eyes here.

Don't hesitate to visit here for any pain!, you won't be regret it for sure.

I had cystic acnes for years that just wouldn’t go away. I tried everything- every commercial products but nothing seems to work. Everytime my pimples seem to reduce it would come back twice worse. It is not only painful but also brought down my confidence, I can’t look at myself in the mirror.

I have to thank So Young for her treatment of my severe sinus, which was impacting my overall health, causing much discomfort with breathing and affecting my daily life. Within two visits, So Young meticulously treated the sinus, with acupuncture, clearing sinus cavities, and providing herbal medicines. Amazing. Highly skilled accupuncture practitioner, heaps friendly, and super gentle with first-timers.

The practice of accupuncture is highly respected in Korea but struggles to get the recognition it deserves in Aus. As such it's a bit of a hidden gem! Highly recommend.
