I recently visited the pharmacy for the second time, drawn by the friendly staff. However, I was disappointed to find it closed at 9:45 pm, despite Google listing the hours as 11 pm.

Unfortunately, the site cleaners were uncertain about the closing time. I'm concerned about the inconsistency and hope this can be clarified.

I waited almost 20 minutes for my prescription in pain, the pharmacist who prepared it left it on the desk and forgot about it. Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy

I've been in the pharmacy at 8.55pm and get the best service .and the pharmacist lady is so nice and helpful.

The waiting times for getting the medication is too long. It takes them 20 minutes to give a medication. Other places take half the time. They are too slow.

I have always had a great experience, finally found the doctor (Dr Smita) who I have brought my whole family over to be our family doctor. The staff have always been really nice to interact with, if anything of late I have found you are on hold when you call the reception, although with COVID I completely understand the delays. The center is always clean, which is reassuring. My wait generally hasn't been longer than 15-20 minutes when I've made an appointment, again an excellent outcome considering it's a doctors surgery, I've had to wait a hell of a lot longer after making an appointment at the nail salon.

Amazing staff and extremely helpful and kind. They are genuinely interested in all their patients issues and try their absolute best to help and make life easier for them.
Always fast with prescriptions that I never have to wait!

We went to get a Antigen Covid Test and they are charging $145 for a pack of 5….. knowing that people are desperate for it!! I found out it’s only $50 at Woolworths later on… this is quite disgusting!! People are loosing jobs over this pandemic but this pharmacy don’t care and just ripping people off. Shame on you!
