To be honest, before going to this center I was a bit skeptical but I changed my mind immediately.
I went today and after waiting only 15/30 minutes I was assisted by two doctors who with their professionalism and empathy were able to reassure and help me. They examined me carefully and provided me with everything I needed, without lacking the fundamental emotional support I needed.
All the staff were kind and helpful, I couldn't ask for better.
The service was far better than what I could have wished for in a private clinic in Italy.

For today's visit just a one star. What happened with me today is just not right.
Checked in and waited for the nurse I'd say about 20 minutes which was ok.
So the nurse and was told that I would be seen by a doctor in an hour. That was ok too because I went for lunch came back and waited and waited and waited and waited some more.
Send one as a message came to tell me that a doctor will see me in the next five to 10 minutes when they come back from lunch.
45 minutes later my patients ran out.
With all due respect KRC keep to what you say and if you can't keep us up to date You asked if we could really respectful We ask the same.

KRC are out here doing the lords work, I love them! Sure you have to wait sometimes, but the way they are so diverse and inclusive and the fact they look out for people in minority groups such as sex workers and drug users is just so beautiful. I’m very grateful to live in a place where people in those groups can get anonymous, judgement free care. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and kind!

Been there numerous times, it has a welcoming atmosphere, the reception staff are friendly and the doctors are very professional with a genuine desire to help. It can be a bit of a wait but they have like a smoko room, where you can make yourself a coffee, and they have a couple of guitars you can play . It's different than your run of the mill Dr surgery, but in a good way , there's a methadone clinic there too, and you see some interesting characters coming and going while you wait

Professional, friendly staff. Clean facility.

I called ahead as i live in building next door. Was told it was empty; and encouraged to visit at that moment. Arrived literally 3 mins later.

Four other patients suddenly.

I sat for 1.5 hours waiting.

Finally I expressed that I had to go back to work. Was told that for sure I was up next.

(There was no one else, no other patients I mean, in the clinic at that point)

So waited another 20 minutes.

Nothing.

So I left.

Again, great facility, super friendly staff

Maybe because straight white male I dropped to bottom of queue for 2 hours, not sure. Haha.

Above the firestation on Kirketon Road. Staff are fabulous and make you feel really comfortable. Doctors are great and feels like they are invested in my well-being. Councellors are super helpful as well. Lots of different groups happening. The consumer participation group members are friendly and diverse and work hard to make the service better and more accessible to EVERYONE.
