As for Dr Williams she was uncaring cold unhelpful and made me feel like I was a waste of time After years of suffering and discomfort she gave a one word treatment option which I told her it hadn’t worked so I’m now back to where I was years ago
Previously had Dr Cusick who was the complete professional kind caring and helpful

Great aneathasist , Dr long, great doctor Belinda Kendall, lovely friendly in charge nurse. Thank you guys. However one of the receptionist myself i found her not to be very supportive/calming. My friend who was rung also found her to be very curt. Hence why only 4 stars. Feedback good and not so good is important for a business.

The whole team where absolutely wonderful. The nurses Indy was especially kind and caring. I suffer from chronic fatigue and pain. Indy was very accommodating, kind and made me feel as comfortable as she could. Thank you to the Dr's and team for making a not so nice processor into a bearable one. 10 out of 10

I got a procedure done a month back and I was informed that I will get one bill at a later date, I have been waiting for a month to get the bill and get a claim from my health fund (I have received a part of the bills, which costs a considerable amount, but I can't claim separately).

I have been asking for assistance from the management, but they have not been helping me so far.

If you could use another place, please do so. I'm very disappointed.

Can't fault the service and support of this organisation after both my wife and I have been patients there over more than a decade. The only issue I have is on our latest visit in the afternoon consulting period we were lucky to get a parking spot and the waiting area inside was full. Previously there seemed to be a limit on patients attending at any given time, ensuring there was always parking inside (the surrounding streets are always choc-a block with all the medical places around here.

Very professional caring staff. High quality care and efficiency. I was very nervous but the staff throughout my journey from bookings to pre-admission, the procedure itself and at recovery room treated me with so much care and dignity. Can't thank you enough.

Went to book in for a colonoscopy a month or so ago and the girls in reception so friendly and helpful.
I had to go back to see the Nurse for a pre op consultation and to collect the yucky stuff.
I had to call yesterday between 2 and 4 to get my arrival time.
Today was the day. I arrived at 12.15 pm and the girls again very friendly and having a joke.
The guy who gave me the anaesthetic I’ll just call him George was the same guy I had about 6 years ago.
Very friendly and obviously knows his job.
Dr Valiozis explained what was going to happen and The anaesthetic was given and the next thing I know I’m waking up.
On waking the lovely nurse Sue helped me dress and bought me a nice hot cuppa tea, sandwiches and biscuits. Another cuppa after that as well. She called my partner to come and collect me.
Not that I want to recommend having a colonoscopy but this Is my 3rd time here and it was more like a outing than an operation.
So I really recommend The Rosemont Endoscopy Centre.. worth the 5 stars.
