Very disappointing experience. I had an 11:30 AM booking but ended up waiting for an entire hour before being seen. During that time, I was repeatedly asked to do various unnecessary tests. The receptionist—a young woman—was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, the doctor kept leaving the room to deal with sth he not sure, and the actual consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. Despite this, I was charged for "overtime services," which felt completely unjustified.

Both the receptionist and the owner were unreasonably dismissive and unhelpful. As someone who was already unwell, this experience only made things worse. I’ve decided to file a formal complaint with the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this clinic.

Hi I’ve been on holidays from Lake Macquarie and had to see a Dr urgently so I saw Dr Gupta who was very thorough and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant . The medical staff here are some of the most helpful employees I've come across at any clinic. The admin team seems to have good relationships with their doctors and pass on any communications you leave over the phone. They greet a lot of clients by name when they enter and I see 3 doctors from this clinic, all are great.

Doctor gupta is an amazing Doctor we would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely love City Medical Wollongong, I've follower Dr Gupta from various practises and absolutely can't fault his care over the years.
All other GPs working under him, including but not limited to Dr Laryssa are excellent also.
The front desk ladies are all gems, Tanya is a treasure and Robyn is a great nurse
