I have had a number of iron infusions which went very well. But last time it cost me $100 after previously costing nothing. I understand costs have gone up but I am on a pension and my medical costs are already high. I may have to check out the public hospital next time. But definitely give stars.😊

Asked to send my referral. Did not triage. I followed up a week later. Still not triaged. Promised a call back by end of the week (I followed up on Monday) no call back. I went to the hospital and had my iron infusion done there. Waste of time. I emailed, I followed up twice, what do they pay receptionist do if I'm doing the all work?

Waited 5 months for a 3pm appointment. Arrived a few minutes early. Two extremely rude and ignorant receptionists, attempting to out-shout each other. At 4:30 the patient sitting next to me asked about my appointment time. His appointment was 2pm and he was still waiting! At 5pm, I asked receptionist how much longer was wait. Two more patients before me. No apology, no explanation. I gave up and left. If this practice thinks this is quality health care they are in worse shape than me.

Great doctor but never sticks to appointment times. Iron infusions should take 2 hours but take 4 instead because there's one nurse to about 10 patients. Took an hour for the nurse to start 2 patients ahead of me on their drips and then another hour for mine. Ridiculous. Get your iron infusion done at your GP if you can, it might cost more but it'll take you 20 minutes and you get the exact same result. Don't waste your time here.

Attended the practice for the first time and had to be served after 2 hrs because it’s very busy . I advise if you want to see Prof Raj give yourself 1-2 hrs . He’s very popular definitely by the good job he does . Prof understands patients’ needs and he’s straight forward and does not really waste any time . The staff at the reception- Sarah is lovely !

I have been to this practice regularly for 12 years due to an MPN. It is an extremely busy practice, come with patience, be polite and all will be well. My condition and the many procedures I have had have been very well managed. Professor Ramakrishna is a gem.

I have never known a Dr to be late on duty as often as this Dr. Every single time I have had an appointment he has not even been in the surgery. And of course the delays just then compound throughout the day. The staff have even said he is late everyday. Just not good enough 😕
