I have been told to come at 13.00h sharp for an appointment at 13.15h. I was there in 12.55h. At 13.45 I was still in waiting room while other people have been called for scanning. When I approached the reception, lady behind told me that they have some problems with other patient and they are running late. Wouldn't it be fair and human to tell me that earlier, ( or to all of us waiting) so I can plan ahead my time. We have our plans and schedules which they don't care about. Truly unprofessional

Only gave one star as its the lowest I can give to leave a review. Staff were rude and uncaring when obviously some of us suffer from anxiety with the thought of MRI and CT scan tests. They made me feel stupid with their comments and for me my anxiety symptoms worsened immensely and then they wanted to drug me for the test. Never again will I go there again. Shellharbour staff have never treated me like this and if they had the machine I required I would have gone there in the first place. Staff need to learn some compassion and empathy skills in that particular IRG branch.

Terrible reception and poor service—I had to wait around an hour despite there not being many clients. It would be better if they shut it down.

Dont bother booking if you have like, shit to do, a life, anything. They never answer the phone, especially when they have no reason to be so busy on the appointments line first think in the morning.
