I came to Astrid for assistance after having emotional and physical distress. Astrid was very caring and understanding. She is full of knowledge and is very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing her insights. After the session, I felt lighter as though a weight had been lifted. Thank you Astrid for a wonderful session. I look forward to seeing you again.

Hi I was lucky to find Astrid
I lost my driving confidence I had a bad time driving one night where I avoided a car accident.I couldn't get it out of my head and wasn't able to get back in the car suffering anxiety bad shakes and nerves. The Doctor gave me antidepressants and I wasn't depressed and they made me sick which I stopped.
I had one two hour treatment with Astrid and I'm a new person.
Astrid taught me to tap relax she cleared all my fear and I'm now back driving and getting more confident everyday.
My Tinnitus has practically disappeared and everyday I'm feeling stronger and driving further.
And tapping lots every day.

I went to Astrid as I was feeling quite tired and was not able to lose any weight. I had gained some weight with thyroid issues . Astrid was amazing & was able to do some detective work & discuss minerals my body needed but mostly emotional releases that were blockages for me. Once this was done by Astrid the weight started coming off , I feel more e edgy & even my husband said your eyes are so clear & sparkling. Astrid is amazing - thoroughly recommend for any health or emotional issues

Astrid was lovely to work with. Myself, my husband and two young kids all had an appointment and its changed a lot within our family. Astrid has a calming nature and puts you at ease very quickly.
