I had my second mammogram at Harley Street Breast Clinic last Friday. Very happy with the service and the whole experience. Whilst I did not have any specific concerns, having implants I think it is best to have a mammogram once a year. I previously had Ruth do the mammogram but this time I had April. Both ladies are very gentle and do not make you feel self conscious in the slightest. In fact, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. After my mammogram I waited for the results and was told I needed a further ultrasound. To be honest I really did panic but Sarah and Cassie put me at complete ease and Sarah performed the ultrasound very quickly and thoroughly . She put my mind at rest within minutes. Cassie spoke to me throughout, to take my mind off it and within 5 minutes I was told it wad just some cysts which were normal - having taken HRT for just over a year. Would thoroughly recommend this clinic and will be visiting once a year for peace of mind.

I had a scan here and 8 months later I had a NHS scan which showed I had high grade DCIS resulting in a mastecotomy. The Hareley Street Breast Clinic did not notice the tell tail signs of DCIS - I took my disc from HSBC to the hospital that treated me and they showed me that the DCIS was visible in the scan and could have been detected 8 months earlier potentially saving my breast

Went to the Harley Street Breast Clinic for the first time on Monday the staff were reassuring and very professional . Will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends . Will not be going anywhere else in future for my mammogram.

Visited recently for Mammogram (which was fitted in at very short notice). Had the best experience; the staff were all amazing & the Clinic environment was very welcoming. It's so good to be able to get everything done in one appointment.
Everything was super-clean & I cannot recommend highly enough.

I want to do a mammogram, had no complaints only for check up before other procedure, price being quoted £225. Radiologist told she can’t make conclusion report without additional mammogram and scan which they estimate at price £650. Really unacceptable price for someone who has no complains or experiencing any problems.

I refused to make additional investigation on that price and asked to make a report on the basis what was seen. They added to report that I will continue investigation in other department. I have asked to remove the last bit in the letter as I haven’t reside what I will do, weather I will continue to investigate or not. They asked me to pay first and then wrote the following

“ further investigation is recommended, however patient inform as she is not interested to undergo to any further investigation in any inspection”

I find this company unprofessional and unethical, I ask them to comment on images, which is their job, not on what I intended or not intended to do.
Looks that they simply was vindictive because I didn’t spend further £650 in this clinic.

I really believe this centre is all about digging money out of you rather provide proper service. I am mot recommending it.
