Avoid! 14 months down the line and we are still waiting on replacement parts. We have been mucked around non stop by this store and here we are still with a broken hot tub. No one knows what’s going on. So much for warranty. Buy else where.

Waited more than 24 months delivered wrong spa which doesn’t work. Chased and chased and chased , finally can’t fight anymore and giving up on my $35,000 spa. No response to emails or any after customer service.

Please save your money and don’t buy from them.
