I truly loved the vibe of this whole clinic they were all so welcoming and funny and also do free acupuncture! Such a win for my family because my mother especially spends an unexplainable amount of money on acupuncture we are all very happy with the outcome!
They all have such friendly staff and I highly recommend!!

Pathetic health service provider ever. We booked for our second dose of Astrazeneca and even filled in the form that we got Astra as our first vaccine. Dr. Tina gave us Pfizer as the second dose. We had the full conversation with the nurse/receptionist explaining that we are supposed to get second dose of Astra. But this doctor gave us pfizer. We only found out when they gave us a certificate which stated we got different doze.

This clearly shows that the doctor did not read and went through the forms we filled with all the information. She ignored whatever we tried to explain to her and told she cannot do anything about it.

If you are thinking to book with them, make sure to double check everything or even get it in writing. Trust me, they do not know what they are doing.

Rude, unprofessional behaviour , miscommunication amongst themselves and they will not listen to the patients.

I will not recommend Niddrie Clinic to anyone.

The worst of the worst! I made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday because the receptionist there told me they are closed on Wednesday. Not only at they open on Wednesday from 9-2 but when I went there for my appointment on time they told me I don’t have an appointment with them! A complete lie because I called them at 10 am the same day to confirm and I spoke to Gina who asked for my name and confirmed my time. Now because they lost my appointment she asked me to either wait or come back at 4:15 but they close at 4! Absolute trash!! Never go to them

This place is awesome if you need a dodgy Doctors certificate - they will believe anything - especially Dr Rania Alamudi - she got me out of loads of work. Thanks Doc - Angela Taranto x

In reply to your comment - no it is not tongue in cheek. Dr Rania Alamudi was well know within the Niddrie area for the "how long certificate you need"...
