Kristy and Perrin are two of the most amazing employment workers I've had. Both were very supportive, helped immensely not only in finding suitable and safe employment, but in supporting my way to get there.

Very disappointed in the government for defunding Max Employment in DES solutions but immensely thankful for the support I've been given and would help in anyway possible for the help I've given. I aim to assist them one day if possible given my experiences if possible. Max Employment deserves immense support given my experience!

I've been working solid 5 days a week with some night work for over 2 years in a job I found...not them. I meet my requirements every bloody fortnight yet still get harrassed, even after having centrelink put an exemption on my file where I'm not required to attend appointments. They then got dirty as I would not provide payslips for a job I found off my own back, after repeatedly telling them NO, my sneaky provider went behind my back and obtained them via my employer. Pretty sure that's probably illegal for both parties, as they are MY payslips....

I’ve never come across any staff so rude and neglective of mental health and physical impairments!! The behaviour I just witnessed was disgusting and one of your clients is in tears because your staffing. She’s changing providers and put in a complaint and I know a lot more other people who have too. Bad luck to anyone through max

They dont know what theyre doing. Place you in impossible work that they havnt researched. Get promotions for screwing up your life and making you feel suicidal. Get angry and punish you when you let others know how rubbish they treat people.

Hate the place. Staff continue to harass you, even after they find you a job. I know a person who lost their job due to constant ph calls at the work place from MAX.
