My mother’s admission to Bupa has been a smooth experience. Despite very short notice of a room being available Nikhita was very easy to deal with and kept in contact regularly throughout the admission process. Upon Mum’s arrival she was greeted with friendly staff from every department - and has settled in well, getting involved in all activities and embracing the lifestyle.

Bupa Mildura helped us settle our friend into the Aged Care facility so easily. Nothing was any trouble for them. They always keep in touch with every need and updates of medication. Our friend is so happy with everything they offer. The staff have looked after her so well, she says she is so spoilt, and loves the meals. She says she never want to leave.
They are there for her whenever she needs anything.
