How's this, rang about new patients was informed yes, on October 8th filled in relevant transfer of records from interstate made appointment for November 6th, they rang and moved it until 13th at 10.am, i was rang at 9am to say it was moved until 11am, all good can't help delays. Turned up at 11am to be told now moved until 11.45am perhaps-i said i'll let them know and walked out. Rang another group and wow factor but only to find that the incompetent group at Merbein hasn't even sent request form that i signed to the previous practice in Tassie.
Explains why i was palmed off absolute waste of my time and now all med's are strained, hopeless and they don't care

The doctor can regularly be behind in appointment times but if you look on the other side of the coin
He has to be one of the most community minded Doctors in all of Sunraysia.
I for one will not walk away from Dr. Buckley he is the best doctor I have had in the Sunraysia area. Plus when you’re with him he listens to you.

Dr Buckley has a very lacklustre approach to medicine and as a nurse and ex Army Medic I have never seen just incompetence… and for a Dr to have a son that ex Military you would like he could have more compassion when my Dr a Deakin left and I was looking for a new GP….he told me I was Dr shopping and it was proven to be not true through a audit on my meds through DVA Pharmacy team. All he could say was that his son was not a whinging about injuries. Well maybe you son didn’t para jump out of C130 or do anything that was. Caused injuries, just a paper pusher. PTSD for my time as a medic was taken as a lie. Well I have all these conditions accepted now and it shows the Buckley dropped the ball and that has come from GP mates I serviced with. Stay in you lane and stay away from veterans…you have no experience and are just pushing our recovery back years. Best to stay away and find alternative GPs. So much for do no Harm… shame on you Dr Buckley.
PS they have a Dr that can’t prescribe meds either there….weird.
