I’ve had a couple of experiences with Dr. Saira Wali and have been listened to and validated each time.
She has already helped me more in the last couple of months than what previous doctors had in the last 10 years. Highly recommend!

Awesome Clinic, switched to Dr Murad after not getting the help we required at another clinic. He is the best GP iv seen, very thorough and professional. All the other staff and services they provide are awesome as well! Can’t rate them enough 👍

I’ve been seeing Dr Anushia and Dr Saba for a little while now and I couldn’t be happy with both of them. So willing to spend time listening to me, but also offering great help and advice. I’ve had some horrible experiences with doctors previously but so happy I’ve finally found somewhere I’ll continue coming back to. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful also.

Attended this clinic today for the first time (I usually go to medical one). Saw Dr Arooj Ali who was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Never felt rushed during the appointment unlike some other superclinics that churn through patients. Reception staff and nurse were also lovely. Highly recommended.

I went to see Dr Arooj for a letter explaining an ongoing injury and she just refused to give it to me claiming she knew nothing about my injury. Yet she had given me two referrals for an MRI and a sports Dr a month prior to this. Turned out no notes were made on my file. Yet, she was more then happy to charge me for a full consultation.

I will be calling the ombudsman and taking this poor treatment further.

I am not happy!!!

Brilliant, informative, current and thorough website.

Armstrong Health is a much needed clinic in the newly developing growth area of Armstrong Creek. The signage out the front could be more prominent, but from Geelong was easy to locate with ample car parking.

Being a new health care facility there are a receptionist, Registered Nurse and Doctor, all friendly and with time to listen and talk, a rarity with larger medical practices under strict time constraints. The treatment areas are large, spotless and well stocked.

My treatments were explained in detail and I was advised what to expect afterwards. I made many phone calls to the nurse who was patient and understanding of my concerns, reassuring me each time that my treatments take time to settle before the full effect became apparent. I would suggest an information sheet for each treatment would be reassuring for patients and minimise frequent phone calls to the nurse.

Overall, my experiences at Armstrong Health have been positive. I, along with the staff, look forward to a rapid expansion into the vast area of land adjacent to the clinic, providing extra services for the residents of Armstrong Creek and surrounding areas.
