Closed hours early after rearranging my whole week to get something that should have been simply back them. The sign on the door says call this number which was disconnected. This was the entire clinic, not just paediatrics.

Can these people answer a simple phone call? Have made 3 x calls and been put on hold for over half an hour each time without speaking to anyone. Service at its poorest.

Makes me physically sick. Just showed my mask exemption letter to TWO reception staff and was actually told asthma wasn't a reason for exemption (for a start some education may help as it is), there were also several other reasons sighted which I don't have to disclose to the ENTIRE waiting room. Still apparently "my tone" is the problem. Not the fact you aren't educated in the fact I don't HAVE to show a letter and when I do give you the courtesy of showing it, you argue and disclose my personal medical information to the entire waiting room. Extremely unprofessional

Parking can be a problem ,but the staff are great ,very helpful, specialist was very good ,didnt have to wait long before our appointment

The centre is full of locums. Pity they ran good specialists out of town. Now we have rubbish.
