UPDATE 2:
Wow, the response from the owner is EXACTLY the example anyone needs to stay well away from this practice.

As you can see from their response, the owner is trying to discredit my statement by making it look like I was trying to obtain opioid drugs!

Disgusting behaviour.
I will be taking this further.

UPDATE:
Shortly after leaving my review, I was contacted by Anna who tried to manipulate me to change and/or remove the review.

When they couldn't get their own way, they decided to remove us from their clinic!

Never in my years have I ever been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism by any one Doctor OR practise.
Clearly the apple doesn't fall far from the tree here.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Unfortunately my experience with Dr Laura Nield has been a disappointment.

Letting her "Views" for mental health get in the way of providing the best care.

Stating she won't provide an extended medical certificate as it wasn't the first time seeing her and that "She doesn't know what is going on" even with years of records in their system. That's her "Stance".

Even after explaining the situation and breaking down in the office, Dr Laura Nield wouldn't budge.

Told us to try somewhere else if we want to. Very unprofessional and rather rude person to deal with.

This clinic has restored my confidence in going to see a doctor

Dr Travis Taggart is who I see and he has given me a restored faith in GP’s. Thorough and listens to his patients concerns. Knows what he is talking about and if he isn’t 100% he goes the extra mile to find the answers or a colleague who does.

Dr Taggart will actually request the relevant tests to get the correct diagnosis and has already once saved my life by very efficiently diagnosing a tricky heart inflammation and getting me into The ED instantly.

If this is the standard of other doctors in this practice then you are in good hands!

From rude staff on the phone, to doctors that cannot seem to fill and send paperwork on time, they definitely need more practice...
