The doctor gave me a prescription and the medication written is not sold anywhere here in Australia (note that I already told her about it, that the medication she placed is not available here because I had the same condition last year) as per Chemist so they called the clinic, I was asked to go back to get it changed. I don’t drive because I don’t have a car, so I walked back to the clinic only to find out the doctor is not there anymore. And now they wanted me to book ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND PAY AGAIN TO GET THE SCRIPT FIX WHEN IT WASN’T even my fault in the first place. Worst service, worst doctors. Never ever go to this clinic if you don’t want your condition to worsen because of stress.

Silverline fantastic staff great drs.
Nurse took me straight in patched up what she could. Then asked Dr to see me.
Follow up was just as good. Receptionist knew exactly who she was talking too.
No complaints at all.

Disappointed with there service as they ignore patient requests. Can't get appointments for weeks incompetent doctors not following up on patients request .this surgery in mildura is a complete joke .avoid at all cost

drs great however the younger receptionists need to show some respect to the clients as a nearly 60 yo with chronic pain n mental issues i am disgusted in 1 particular staff member who obviously was not brought up with respect or compassion the way she spoke to me is not acceptable im just glad i wasnt there in person otherwise id probly be locked up seriously not a happy camper, im making more inquiries to what can be done about this horrid unwarranted behaviour

Would highly recommend against this clinic. Doctors are very rude, impolite and after suffering from policistic ovaries syndrome, refuse any pain relief when asked each time I was told to go to the hospital to see a doctor when that was clearly the reasons I was attending the doctor's, to see a doctor. Doctors also tend to research symptoms on Google, highly unprofessional.
