"doctor" Mikhail is absolutely useless and rude, speaking over the top of me, didn't give me any information about my injury, said i could go back to work even tho I'm in a moon boot and can't without wearing steel capped boots. I seriously don't know how he has a job. Absolutely wasted my time

I was so shocked and appalled, and almost brought to tears, at the blatant nastiness of Dr Ramzy Mikhail after meeting him for the first time today. He told me I should be going to doctors closer to my home, even though this clinic is not even a ten minute drive from my home. I was looking for a new doctor closer than the one I have had for years who is a 40 minute drive away. Why would anyone like this become a GP?

As a contractor working within the same complex, I recently experienced a deeply disturbing and unacceptable level of care at Marina Medical Centre. While on the job, I sustained a severe hand injury, resulting in profuse bleeding.

In this state of urgent need, I entered Marina Medical Centre seeking immediate assistance. To my utter dismay, I was met with complete indifference. The staff offered no examination, no first aid, no assistance whatsoever.

Despite the severity of my injury being readily apparent, I was effectively dismissed and left to leave the premises with my wound still bleeding.

Fortunately, Cove Medical Centre, also located within the complex, provided the stark contrast in professionalism and care that one would expect from a medical establishment. They immediately recognized the seriousness of my injury and provided prompt and effective treatment, cleansing and dressing the wound with both skill and compassion.

This experience exposed a chilling lack of professionalism and a blatant disregard for patient welfare at Marina Medical Centre. Their failure to provide even the most basic level of care is simply unacceptable, especially in a situation involving a significant injury. I strongly advise anyone in need of medical attention to seek it elsewhere, and I have contacted the relevant authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly as I believe this is a breach of a duty of care.

This place is an embarrassment to healthcare.

I wish I could leave negative stars!
Had a phone consult with Dr Croce today to ask for a prescription for my husband to be resent as the original script didn’t refresh properly and the repeat wasn’t sent. He accused me of reselling the medication on the black market and reluctantly resent it.
When I questioned his accusation he doubled down and even tried to blame the pharmacy of stealing the prescription to make extra money privately.
Dr Croce was so incompetent the he couldn’t even check his system to see that the medication was required.
He told me to call back in a month when my regular doctor was back from leave.
Absolutely disgusting response from this doctor. His accusations were unfounded and to accuse someone of fraud is a serious offence itself.

If I was sick and dying I still would not set one foot inside this building - they wouldn't give a toss anyway! Absolutely disgusting receptionist was appalling to speak to from the moment she answered the phone, then I had the unfortunate experience of meeting her in person.
The most unempathetic and rudest person who clearly doesn't care about patient care at all. She should not be working at the front desk or anywhere near allied health.
Do not waste your time even enquiring at this place, go somewhere where they actually care!!

This medical practice is shameful.
Particularly Dr. Croce. He has difficulty listening to his patients, writing anything down that has been told to him, or offering any assistance. I’ve had two recent trips to this practice and both times have been more than a waste of time.
If you are in the area and need bulk billing doctors. Please consider traveling a little bit further and seeing a practice that will listen to you.

You can always guarantee this place will provide horrible service from the get go. Receptionists are rude and condescending & Doctors aren’t much better and just disinterested. Highly suggest you save your time and go elsewhere. Not sure how this place is still open, you’d think somewhere that people go for general concerns and ill health would be a place of empathy and understanding but it’s the absolute opposite.

Dr Mikail and Dr Croce are the rudest doctors i have ever seen, i have been going there for years scripts once a month, only for easy things as i found out pretty quick what terrible doctors they are, that is why they are never busy. but i just put up with there terrible attitude but what they both did to me the other day left me speechless , i will never give any of these two ignorant men anymore of my business. they are so bad it compelled me to write my first bad review ever for anybody,
